All Members must be a current financial member of Frontier Genetics Incorporated and agree to be bound by this Code of Standards.

I. EBV/Index

• To qualify for the Frontier Genetics Sale, a bull must be above average in either Central Production Index or Live Export Index or both.
• All Sale animals will have EBV data – including accuracies – displayed in the catalogue.
• Exceptional (e.g. >top 10, 30 & 50%) percentile traits will be highlighted.

II. BREEDPLAN Recording & Analyses

• As a minimum, all Sale animals will have the following traits measured and recorded on BREEDPLAN:
  – Birthdate
  – DNA sire verified
  – 400D weight
  – 600D weight
  – Scrotal circumference
  – Genomics
  – Pompes tested (if not certified as bred free)
  – Poll/Horn DNA tested.
• All traits measured, recorded and analysed will be listed against the individual animal on the Sale page.

III. Feeding

• Bulls are to be predominantly grass-fed, responsibly raised and responsibly grazed.
• Bulls are to be in a suitable condition for sale and transport at the time of sale.
• Full disclosure as to the exact feeding regime must be listed against individual animals in the Sale catalogue (including, but not limited to, type of pastures and content and description of any supplements fed).

IV. Morphology

• All bulls entered in the Sale must have had, within 3 months of the Sale:
  – A full BULLCHECK™ assessment undertaken by a certified Australian Cattle Vet and achieve a ‘Tick’ or ‘Q’.
  – A full Morphology assessment completed and achieve a ‘Tick’ or ‘Q’.
• The Certificates for BULLCHECK™ and Morphology must be provided for every bull.

V. Vaccinations

• Full disclosure of vaccinations bulls have received must be provided for each individual animal on the Sale page.

VI. Joining Period

Members must disclose in their bio their Joining periods

• Yearling Joining – Yes/No (in days)
• Heifer Joining Period – (in days)
• Cow Joining Period – (in days).

VII. ABBA Registration Status

• Full disclosure of ABBA registration status and/or eligibility for every animal must be disclosed on Sale page:
  – Fully Registered (Stud)
  – Commercial Registered
  – Eligible for Full Registration
  – Eligible for Commercial Registration
  – Calf Recorded.

VIII. Raw Data

• To provide potential buyers with the facility to compare bulls like-for-like, Frontier Genetics uses BREEDPLAN. No raw data of any kind is listed on the Frontier Genetics Sale page.
